We are looking for a senior Project Planner for a permanent position in the Project Control team within the Industrial sector. Initially, your primary location will be Turku or Vantaa.
What kind of tasks do we offer?
You will have the opportunity to take part in diverse and interesting expert tasks for a variety of industrial clients.
The main task is to perform project management-related duties, such as schedule management, progress monitoring, forecasting and project reporting, and to proactively support the project manager in fulfilling project expectations in industrial engineering and investment projects.
You will get to develop the service offering, our practices, project management processes, and workflows, as well as demonstrate your true abilities in project expertise and customer service.

For senior position we are looking for experience in, among other things, the following areas (in large industrial and construction projects):
Preferably more than five years of experience in the area of expertise.
We expect a strong technical background and solid experience in project management.
Primavera P6 advanced knowledge (MSP knowledge is also beneficial).
Detailed schedule preparation, including resource allocation.
Understanding of different project phases (FEL 1–3 and execution) and their impact on engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Proven experience with Construction and Commissioning planning and follow-up.
Experience in progress follow-up, project reporting and forecasting.
Ability to analyze schedules and critical paths and inform stakeholders of risks.
Preparation of S-curves and histograms.
Ability to prepare “Basis of Schedule” documents and procedures, as well as review planning documentation.
Proven experience in developing the necessary tools, bases and procedures for scheduling, planning and progress management in engineering, procurement and construction.
Proven ability to lead schedule development and preparation in collaboration with different parties.
Experience in interactive planning.
In addition to Finnish language, the suitable candidate has excellent oral and written English language skills at C1 level (CEFR). Other languages are an advantage.
We also value experience in:
Change management, risk management and reporting, both internal and external.
Sales, engineering, procurement or field supervision.
Participation in the bidding and sales process.
Proficiency in commonly used office programs and design software.
