At Rejlers, we have decided to invest even more in the mining and metal industries, and we are now looking for a metallurgist to join the process design team. We already have a large group of experts working on projects in the field, but as we grow, there is room for new experts. We are looking for a metallurgist for permanent employment primarily at our Oulu, Pori, Tampere or Vantaa offices, but other Rejlers offices are also possible places to work. The position also offers the possibility of a hybrid working model.

What kind of people are we looking for?

We think you are someone with long experience in one or more of the various steps of metal manufacturing processes. You have worked as a process engineer, performing all the typical tasks such as dimensioning and calculations, or you can also be an expert in your field, with experience of consulting clients.

What we expect from you:

• Education suitable for the position (e.g. M.Sc. in relevant field)
• Experience of process engineering tasks in the mining and metals industry for at least 5 years
• Experience from the various steps of modern metal production processes
• Experience in steel industry processes is seen as an asset in the application process, especially from the perspective of the process engineer role
• Willingness to learn new things and develop yourself
• Experience from various project phases is seen as a benefit
• Proficiency in Finnish is required, in addition English is seen as a benefit
