We are looking for a Scheduler / Planner for a permanent position in the Project Control team within the Industrial sector. Initially, your primary location will be Turku or Vantaa, but later on, the location could also be, for example, Turku, Vantaa, or Porvoo.
What kind of tasks do we offer?
You will have the opportunity to take part in diverse and interesting expert tasks for a variety of industrial clients.
The main task is to perform and execute project management related tasks (schedule management, progress monitoring, forecasting, project reporting, etc.) and pro-actively supporting project manager to fulfill project expectations, in industrial engineering and investment projects.
You will get to develop the service offering, our practices, project management processes, and workflows, as well as demonstrate your true abilities in project expertise and customer service.

What kind of person we are looking for?

You excel in working in a diverse operating environment, can grasp the bigger picture, and naturally embrace a service-oriented mindset. Success in this role requires proficiency in Finnish and the ability to communicate in English.
We are looking for experience in, among other things, the following areas (in large industrial and construction projects):
- Preferably more than 5 years of experience in the area of expertise.
- We expect a strong technical background and solid experience in project management.
- Primavera P6 advanced knowledge (MSP knowledge is also beneficial).
- Detailed schedule preparation, including resource allocation.
- Understanding of different Project Phases (FEL 1-3 & Execution) and their impact in Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.
- Proven experience with Construction and Commissioning planning and follow-up.
- Experience in progress follow-up, project reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to analyze schedules critical path and inform stakeholders of risks.
- S-curves and histograms preparation.
- Ability to execute “Basis of Schedule” document preparation, procedures preparation and review of planning documentation.
- Proven experience in developing necessary tools, basis and procedures for purposes of scheduling, planning and progress management (for engineering, procurement and construction)
- Proven ability to lead schedule development and preparation in collaboration with different parties.
- Experience in Interactive planning.
- In addition to Finnish language, the suitable candidate has excellent spoken and written English language skills at C1 level (CEFR). Other language skills are considered as an advantage.

- Change management, risk management and reporting (internal, external)
- Sales, engineering, procurement or field supervision
- Participating in the bidding and sales process
- Proficiency in commonly used office programs and design software’s
